A microschool is a parent-partnered, hybrid form of education for grades K -12. Students meet with me two or three days per week and work from home the other days. The setting is similar to a one-room schoolhouse with multiple grades learning at the same time. Each student works on assignments as I assist individually. Group size is typically around twelve students.
Families must be registered as homeschoolers. I will work with families to teach core subjects and assist them with lesson planning and documentation. Students will be grouped according to similar ages, grades, and abilities. This time with others allows them to make friends and do certain subjects in small groups.
Limited spaces may be available for students who only attend certain classes. However, priority placement will go to students who come to me for assistance with all subjects.
